Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 24–48 Hours. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in India.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to track your order in real time.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as location, logistics delays, or high demand periods.

Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 3–5 day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in the order

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue at support@solvedaily.in.

Note: An unboxing video may be required to process claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as applicable.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval and will be credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons like personal preference, size issues, or change of mind.
  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Delays may occur due to logistics or high demand periods.
